NEW YORK (AP) -- Comments on the Green Bay Packers by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):
___
GREEN BAY PACKERS (12)
Chris Berman (ESPN, 10) -- Blew 18-point lead at half. Only other time was 1957.
Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 9) -- Still believe they are a playoff team, but losing Cedric Benson and coughing up 18-point lead to Colts is concerning.
Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 15)
Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 11) -- Better than their record, trust me. Upset special ... Green Bay over Houston on Sunday night!
Bob Glauber (Newsday, 12) -- More problems on defense, as Green Bay blows a 21-3 lead to a rebuilding Colts team on the road.
Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 16) -- Incredibly, the Packers do not have an individual 100-yard receiver yet this season.
Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 14) -- I don't care how sensational Aaron Rodgers is. If the Packers can't fix their pass defense they're doomed.
Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 8) -- The Pack could trail the Vikings by three games in the NFC North by Sunday evening.
Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 9) -- Aaron Rodgers still gets sacked too often and the defense just let rookie Andrew Luck throw for 362 yards.
John Lynch (Fox Sports, 11) -- A tough draw for the Packers facing the Colts in the wake of Colts coach Chuck Pagano's leukemia diagnosis.
Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 19) -- Following a second-half collapse last Sunday at Indianapolis, the Packers are now 4-5 in their last nine games dating back to 2011.
Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 11) -- How many losses that are "exceptional" can we grant the Packers before we start believing they are what their record says they are?
