Vikings vs. Packers, 2013 NFL Playoffs: Charles Woodson sparks Green Bay - SB Nation

Charles Woodson returned to the lineup after missing the last nine regular season games due to a broken collarbone, and sparked the Green Bay Packers to a 24-10 win over the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday, according to Devin Shanley of Acme Packing Company.

Woodson tied for second on the team with six tackles in his return, but Shanley feels that his contributions to the game were much larger, as he was "able to consistently break through the line of scrimmage and cause problems all night long."

With Woodson in the lineup, Adrian Peterson managed just 99 yards on 22 carries. Peterson torched the Packers in the final game of the regular season, when he carried 34 times for 199 yards in Minnesota's win.

Shanley also credits Woodson for shutting down the Vikings this week, as his ability to "stop the big play was something the Packers missed greatly last week."
