NFL Week 6 Power Rankings: NFC North - ESPN (blog)

Let's take a first look at the NFC North's place in ESPN.com's Week 6 Power Rankings. For the first time since the 2010 season, the Green Bay Packers are not our top-ranked team. They're not even our second-ranked team, for that matter. The details:

6. Chicago Bears
Trending: Up three after pounding the Jacksonville Jaguars 41-3.
Comment: The Bears handled a tough two-game swing with a pair of blowouts, winning at the Dallas Cowboys last Monday night before making another trip on a short week to Jacksonville.

8. Minnesota Vikings
Trending: Up six after a 30-7 victory over the Tennessee Titans.
Comment: It's been three years since the Vikings have been power ranked in the top 10.

12. Green Bay Packers
Trending: Down four after a 30-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
Comment: It could have been worse. Voter John Clayton ranked them No. 16, but they the Packers were saved by Dan Graziano's placement at No. 8.

20. Detroit Lions
Trending: No change after their bye week.
Comment: The Lions approach a potential pivot point to their season as they prepare for the Philadelphia Eagles.
