NFL Kickoff Rule Change

Greg Schiano has conceived a new rule change that would drastically change the NFL. After scoring a field goal or touchdown, the scoring team would then have a 4th and 15 situation on their own 30 yard line. Roger Goodell has indicated in Times Magazine that it has made him think differently.
