Here it is the first pre-combine mock draft. Patrick Shuster of FootballDialogue.com also writes for NFLDraftBible.com, where you can read more about the NFL Draft.
1. Kansas City Chiefs: Luke Joeckel OT Texas A&M: With the expected departures along the line of scrimmage Andy Reid gets the cornerstone for the new Chiefs offense line.
2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Bjoern Werner DE Florida State: The Jags need to improve their ability to get pressure on the QB and Werner grades out as the top defensive end in the draft right now.
3. Oakland Raiders: Star Lotulelei DT Utah: Every team wants a man in the middle that resembles Haloti Ngata and Lotulelei could be that player for the Raiders revamped defense.
4. Philadelphia Eagles: Dee Milliner CB Alabama: Don't be surprised if the Eagles start the season with two new corners.
5. Detroit Lions: Damontre Moore DE Texas A&M: The recent and potential departures makes this an easy selection. Moore is a likely day one starter.
6. Cleveland Browns: Jarvis Jones OLB Georgia: After an offensive heavy draft last year the Browns flip the script and take the best player available on the other side of the ball. Georgia's DC stated Jones is second only to DeMarcus Ware among players he's coached.
7. Arizona Cardinals: Geno Smith QB West Virginia: The number one rated quarterback in the draft will be given every chance to be a day one starter.
8. Buffalo Bills: Chance Warmack OG Alabama: They can wait to get their QB in round 2, so instead the Bills nab the meanest player in the draft and help build a real offense from inside-out.
9. NY Jets: Barkevious Mingo DE LSU: Gang Green needs to bring some heat on opposing offenses and Mingo can do that.
10. Tennessee Titans: Sheldon Richardson DT Missouri: A return to the old days with some mean men in the middle of the defense.
11. San Diego Chargers: Eric Fisher OT Central Michigan: It's time to rebuild that line if they expect to return to the playoffs anytime soon.
12. Miami Dolphins: Keenan Allen WR California: It's time to get a #1 wide receiver for this offense to have any hope of taking the next step.
13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Desmond Trufant CB Washington: It's time for the Bucs to move on from the aging Ronde Barber and the Aqib Talib mistake.
14. Carolina Panthers: Jesse Williams DT Alabama: Carolina needs a wide body to make an impact along the D-Line. Williams has great strength, power and is only scratching the surface.
15. New Orleans Saints: Ezekiel Ansah DE BYU: A new scheme means some new blood for the defense.
16. St. Louis Rams: Lane Johnson OT Oklahoma: If they want Sam Bradford to continue to improve they will need to keep him upright.
17. Pittsburgh Steelers: Sharrif Floyd DT Florida: A new anchor along the line is needed to make up for some recent misses that attempted to address the need in previous drafts.
18. Dallas Cowboys: Johnathan Hankins DT Ohio State: After a 2012 season that saw Jay Ratliff struggle with injuries and Josh Brent's offfield issues, it's time Dallas adds a reliable force for their new 4-3 scheme.
19. NY Giants: John Jenkins DT Georgia: The G-Men need to rebuild the interior of their defensive line. Jenkins will give the Giants a nice trio of young defensive tackles to rotate with Linval Joseph and Marvin Austin.
20. Chicago Bears: Manti Te'o ILB Notre Dame: No draftee in history has had a more bizarre offseason than Te'o, but he will get past it and landing in Chicago will help fix it.
21. Cincinnati Bengals: Alex Okafor DE Texas: The former 'Horn has the ability to stand up or put his hand on the ground the potential steal of the first round.
22. St. Louis Rams (from Washington): Kenny Vaccaro FS Texas: Safety is a major need for the St. Louis defense and Vaccaro should become the leader of the secondary very quickly.
23. Minnesota Vikings: Cordarrelle Patterson WR Tennessee: I was told before the 2012 college season started that Patterson was the best of the Vols talented receivers. They weren't wrong. Minnesota gets a much-needed big target for Christian Ponder.
24. Indianapolis Colts: Dantone Jones DE UCLA: Indy's focus last year was on offense not to be neglected, this year's top pick goes to the other side of the ball.
25. Seattle Seahawks: Alec Ogletree OLB Georgia: The Seahawks have had enough Leroy Hill drama to last them for a while.
26. Green Bay Packers: Jonathan Cooper OG North Carolina: Anyone who watched their loss to the 49ers, knows Green Bay needs to address the offensive line. Cooper would be a talented addition to any team.
27. Houston Texans: Kevin Minter LB LSU: The Texans need a long-term replacement for Bradie James and what better way to replace one LSU linebacker than with another.
28. Denver Broncos: Xavier Rhodes CB Florida State: Everyone remembers how Denver's season ended enough said.
29. Kansas City (projected trade with New England): Matt Barkley QB USC: Once thought of as a top-10 pick, Barkley's drop stops late in the first round and Andy Reid gets his QB of the future.
30. Atlanta Falcons: Zach Ertz TE Stanford: With Tony Gonzalez retiring the Falcons turn the page with the best tight end available in the draft.
31. Buffalo Bills (projected trade with San Francisco): Tyler Wilson QB Arkansas: As it turns out Buffalo couldn't wait until the second round. How many times did we hear he's tough like Jim Kelly? Bills fans would take that in a heartbeat.
32. Baltimore Ravens: Dion Jordan DE Oregon: The Ravens add talent, youth and athleticism to their Super Bowl winning defense.
